Managing DirectorWith over 25 years’ experience in building design, Mark leads the design studio at MPAA Studio.
His background spans residential and multi-use developments, working closely with clients, builders and project teams to deliver considered, buildable outcomes. Mark’s international experience includes contributing to the innovative and sustainable Masdar City project in Abu Dhabi, reflecting his ability to apply forward-thinking design principles in practice.
Mark is known for producing designs that are not only functional and refined, but technically rigorous and highly detailed - ensuring a smooth construction process. His careful attention to detail and commitment to quality are key reasons builders and clients continue to work with MPAA.

Cameron McNeill is a qualified town planner with over 10 years’ experience in statutory and strategic planning.
Having grown up in Warrnambool, Cameron brings strong local knowledge and a deep understanding of the region’s planning context. His experience across local government and private practice enables him to provide clear, practical advice grounded in real-world decision-making.
