Mark’s international experience includes contributing to the innovative and sustainable Masdar City project in Abu Dhabi, reflecting his ability to apply forward-thinking design principles in practice.

Cameron McNeill is a qualified town planner with over 10 years’ experience in statutory and strategic planning.
Having grown up in Warrnambool, Cameron brings strong local knowledge and a deep understanding of the region’s planning context. His experience across local government and private practice enables him to provide clear, practical advice grounded in real-world decision-making.

Mitch joined MPAA in 2025 as a Graduate of Architecture, bringing a fresh perspective and strong attention to detail to the design studio.
Mitch supports the studio through detailed modelling, documentation and design development, ensuring projects are well resolved and clearly communicated.

Studio AssistantAndrea Benfell ensures that clients have a smooth experience from start to finish. Her attention to detail and focus on efficiency enhance MPAA’s operations, ensuring projects move seamlessly through the planning process. Andrea’s role is integral to maintaining the high standard of service that MPAA prides itself on.

Pippin, our playful wire-haired dachshund, is named after the adventurous hobbit from The Lord of the Rings. Just like her namesake, she’s cheeky, curious, and always ready for fun. Whether greeting the team or sneaking treats, Pippin’s charm makes her the heart of the office.
