We are a design-focused building design studio based in Warrnambool, Victoria, committed to crafting thoughtful, sustainable, and inspiring spaces. What You’ll Do

• Produce detailed and accurate working drawings for residential and commercial projects using Archicad.

• Ensure technical accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in documentation.

• Work closely with designers, engineers, and consultants to translate design concepts into construction-ready drawings.

• Coordinate technical details with external consultants, ensuring seamless integration.

• Contribute to refining drafting standards and improving documentation processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced technical draftsperson with at least 3 years in a building design, architectural, or drafting role (preferred).

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD with strong documentation and detailing skills.

• Solid understanding of Victorian Building Standards, Australian Standards, and NCC regulations.

• Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and take ownership of documentation.

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.

• Strong communication skills for working with the design team and external consultants.
